Policies:
1. By ordering, you agree to our current posted lead times, which are from time of order to time of shipment through a carrier. Due to the handmade and live nature of our products, our lead times are an estimate only and subject to change.
2. Rush orders must be indicated at time of purchase and are subject to availability as well as a custom rush fee. Please note that while we will do our best to meet the desired delivery date, we cannot guarantee arrival by the agreed date.
3. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight imperfections or unique characteristics to each item that have passed through our quality control. Every piece is unique in and of itself.
4. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on our website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.
5. In the event that a Huey Lightshop Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price on the website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.
6. Please note that due to the handmade and made to order nature of our products, all products are final sale and cannot be returned.
7. On rare occasions, you may encounter transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. Please ensure that you inspect and test your items thoroughly upon delivery. Should your shipment present any damages or mechanical defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 48 hours of delivery and we will review on a case-by-case basis. We reserve all rights to deny returns or exchanges at any point.
9. Depending on the situation, we reserve the right to recommend sending replacement parts in lieu of a full return/exchange as a solution to transit damages or defects in manufacturing.
9. In the case that a return/exchange has been approved, a credit in the form of a unique discount code will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
10. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs in the purchase process as well as any shipping costs in potential return/exchange process.
11. International shipments may incur duties upon arrival in country of destination. Clients are responsible for any and all import taxes, duties, carrier fees, and/or customs declarations incurred. Please note we have no control over duties incurred or time spent by an order with the customs office.
12. Larger orders may be required to select “Required Signature” delivery for the order as a measure of security.
13. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.
14. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of these conditions, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

The Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this website or the performance of the products, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Certain state laws may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
